William R. Marsh is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London. His research interests are in medical decisions support and probabilistic modelling for risk management, with a focus on the practical application of Bayesian networks. Prior to joining Queen Mary, he worked first as a software developer and then a safety engineer. He has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Southampton.
